Wait, [@Skallagrim] Khazna is allowed to use his full speed of 760 mph???

Even with the 30 feet movement limitation that's basically an insta-kill for anyone once he takes his weights off. I hate to bring this up, but as far as I've read there's no one in the tournament who could even [i]react[/i] to him once he's moving that fast. Raelis [i]might[/i] be able to see him, but even with his avian reflexes he'd be unable to do anything about it.
