Lesley laughed and nodded. ''Oh my.. You guys are strong!'' she said while lifted in the air. Even though the boys told her to go easy, she just didn't like strangers. But she let Vanessa do what she wanted. Lesley smiled and put her thumb in the air as Vanessa told Marcus what she thought of him.

When Marcus and Xaven where gone, Lesley walked to Vanessa and smiled. ''Oh.. That sounds like Xaven'' Vanessa said and smiled. ''Well.. Then I should thank you guys for helping'' she said and looked with a smile at them. When her eyes met Drake her last camp promise popped up in her mind. ''Oh! Drake.. I didn't keep my promise completely but.. I want you to meet Lesley, she is my best friend from college'' she said, wiggling her eyebrows at the word 'college'. She wondered if he still remembered her promise. Ralph did as he laughed some and shook his head. ''I missed you Nessie'' he said and walked into the house. Just as he walked in, he turned around and looked at Vanessa. ''I am still allowed right?'' he asked. ''You, Drake and Xaven are always welcome'' she said. ''Thank you!'' Ralph said and walked to the kitchen, he grabbed some drinks and whispered in there so only Xaven, Drake and Marcus could hear: '' I wonder what happened the moment Vanessa said to Marcus he couldn't come in.. You all must have felt it.. At least I suddenly got the feeling that Marcus was like... A stranger, like he was a wolf that is trespassing.. Can you explain that to us?'' he asked.

Marcus heard Ralph's question. ''I was going to yes.. Xaven.. It might sounds weird, mostly because you attacked her and you feel so much guilt for all you did the last five years... But Vanessa is your Alpha-female. As you know, You are the alpha of the three of you. All Alpha's have a female too, only one that they share their life with, get pups with and so on... Vanessa is yours.'' Marcus said. ''Not only thanks to that scar, which btw also has your blood on it.. But mostly because you love her and she is your Alpha, she can order us around.. Drake and Ralph might not have noticed it at first but when she told them to stop the cleaning.. All they could do was finish the thing they were doing and then just... Stop'' he said. ''I know, it all sounds really weird but it is the truth... Xaven, don't look at me so angry... You never had any other girl in your life the last five years... You kept thinking about Vanessa.. I believe that in the first year you tried to write at least a hundred letters to her'' he said. ''a hundred and fifty'' Ralphie said. ''I can actually not enter this house now, until she says that I can come in'' Marcus said and sighed. 

''Oh and guys.. I came to see how you were doing... From a distance because I've never been far away from you all... I am not a pack type, but I am not someone that doesn't care'' Marcus said. ''I smelled Vanessa just as I wanted to go again so I decided to stay and see how this would work out... When Xaven, after trying to tell her that he was sorry without saying he was the one that attacked her, almost had made her his again on that couch I decided to come closer and try to get you into a chat... Because... If you now make love with her or have sex.. I don't care how you guys call it.. Well, It might make her more your alpha than you can understand now.. I've never seen it, as a lone wolf.. But they say that a human female, or male that becomes an alpha because a werewolf loves the person and they have sex. The male or female human get some of our perks.. Like: When you guys are wolfs, she can connect with you like you can with each other.. She won't understand you guys like in real conversations but she will understand any type of howl.. And she will learn to hear almost like us'' he said.

Vanessa looked around after a while and then walked away from the others and went to Xaven and Marcus. ''Are you guys done talking? It is almost end afternoon.. And even if I dislike you a lot.. You still must eat.. So I believe that you then can stay for lunch.. But after Lunch I want you to leave..'' she said. Marcus looked at Xaven. ''Okay, I actually brought some food with me for a lunch so we can use that'' he said. ''Okay, good idea'' Vanessa said and walked away again. Lesley and Drake were now inside too and they were cleaning the living room while Ralphie was collecting everything for the lunch. Vanessa looked back at Xaven and Marcus. ''Come on guys.. I can forgive Xaven for being a jerk and leave me.. So you guys at least go get that bone you fight about burried'' she said and winked, then she walked into the house and looked around a little better this time.
