[b]Power:[/b] Kinetic Absorption - Clovis has an amazing ability to absorb all kinetic energy that hits him. An invisible layer around his body that completely envelops the boy. This makes all directions of attacks fairly useless with most weapons. 

It basically works that if an object with momentum strikes at his body, he will treat the object like it didn't even touch him, be it a bullet or a punch. So, where does the energy or momentum of the object go? You can't just make it disappear out of nowhere! That is true, the energy is actually dispersed through his body, the kinetic energy stored within himself to be used for strength, speed, stamina, and other physical abilities! Clovis could even, with enough energy stored within his body, forgo sleep. 

However, with every awesome power must come with some disadvantages. The most prominent would be the amount that he can take in all together. Clovis would be able to protect himself from one or two rapid fire machine guns, but if an entire squad decides to fire at him all at once, the intake of kinetic energy would be too much and make Clovis pass out in the process. The other main disadvantage would be any other weapon that doesn't require kinetic energy to harm another person. This would include most elements, lasers, explosions, sound, and even physic powers. Strangely enough, exposure to harmful amounts from elements could drain his kinetic reserves at an elevated rate, rather than normally expending the energy for his own uses. 

[b]Nationality:[/b] German 

[b]Bio:[/b] Born into the high ranking society of his country, he was rather a privileged boy living his life in the lap of luxury. The family was rich for the sake of being rich, his mother a trophy wife with his father inheriting a company that is run by his advisers. So, when you live with everything already to be given to you, life gets boring. Through the younger years of his life, he stayed within his room either studying or idly sitting around with nothing in mind. His parents tried to push friends on him, but Clovis always ignored them. It was only until at the age of ten he discovered his powers. 

Walking along his rather large plot of land, one of the chauffeurs had spontaneously received a heart attack making the car swerve into the direction of little boy Clovis. The car would had killed him without his powers, but his meta-human ability formed out of the fatal situation, and he stopped the car instantly. The resulting kinetic intake easily burst the newly formed powers causing Clovis to pass out. 

After some time in the hospital, Clovis's mind was curious about his new power, hiding it from his family as he practiced his ability far into the land of his estate. There, he trained his power merely for the entertainment value it brought him from his boring life. By the age of nineteen, Clovis managed to fully master the basics of his power, able to absorb larger amounts of energy and even expand even his absorption shield further! However, while training, he kept up with his studies for school and kept up appearances for his family. It was only until one night, sleeping in his room, he was kidnapped. A note left on his bed saying that he was leaving home to never return, a story that many would believe due to the constant aloof behavior without anyone getting to know his true feelings. He would spend some time at facility until a explosion allows him to escape. 

[b]Personality:[/b] Aloof, that would be the one word to describe him. Clovis doesn't like anyone getting near him, apparent as he will sometimes say you are in his personal space. He finds solace in being alone, interacting with others if it means to help himself and his goals. So obviously many people see him as quite a rude person, although you may learn to find that he is a highly perceptive, intelligent, and quick-witted teenager for his age. 

For goals that he truly believes in, Clovis is quite dedicated and fair, never going for any cheap shots or dirty tricks to sully his reputation. Mainly, he is the type of person to hang in the back of the group, but interjects when things either gets serious or a situation absolutely requires him to do something. All in all, he's a decent person at best.
