He felt a little easier having sat with the members of Phoenix wing for lunch. He still felt uncomfortable around Lazarus. Whenever his elder brother was around, there was a heavy sense of foreboding, and he didn't like it. He had seated near to them for the next match though. When Karn had turned into a cute cat thing he almost facepalmed.

He nodded. They needed to return to the arena. Karn had been called out to fight against someone of the name Krystal. He laughed across at Shujin. "Just wait." He did find it funny. Yes Karn's attitude to magic could be a little annoying some times, but for the time that Lazarus had known Karn in the guild, he had gotten a good enough feel for the magic Karn possessed. His or Her magic wasn't anything to be messed with. 

He jovial manner dropped a little when Sasha was seated next to him. He remembered something important he had to talk to Master Jamie about.
