Uh, I'm not really sure what happened. I made a response yesterday with some ideas but I guess it didn't take so here's the summarized version: I think the very first thing we should do is work on fleshing out the scenario. Right now it's very cloudy as to what's actually going to be going on and I think an important part of reeling in interested rpers and more importantly, keeping them interested, is going to depend on us making it a little more clear what we're trying to do. I love the idea, I think it's great, I just think it could be conveyed a little better in the interest check and the opening IC post. I think we need to make it clear that there's magics involved, and what exactly we'll be doing to "make our dreams come true". Not that you have to give away the whole plot or anything, I just think the reason why it died out is because even though this does have a dedicated plot, it still felt more or less sandboxy, because no one really knew what was supposed to going on, or how to really conduct their characters in preparation for whatever was going to happen next. Specifically, I think we should open it up with a little preface from our host. Nothing big or serious, but something that lets us know that our host is very much so around and is going to be the driving factor for whatever we do and that he does indeed have some sneakiness up his sleeve. For example "Blahblah my guests have arrived...yadayada surprises in store, blah yada blah, little do they know..yada blah blah evil cackle..blah blah" Just something to set the tone and look forward to I suppose. ;
