Heyo, I'm traveling right now so I'm on mobile, but in around six hours I'll be able to post a character. My idea for a power is Pain Manipulation. Well, really, the idea is nerve manipulation where she can numb or intensify nerves when she touches that nerve. (She has to touch the nerve through skin in order to make it work) so while she can create pain, she can usually only do one spot on the body. However, if this is too powerful, I can come up with something else.
