[@HaltingBlooper]I don't think there's an accurate way to explain what it's like to have a father figure, whether he's your real dad, foster dad, or just an older man you look up to in that way, but I think that father's tend to be the steady rocks of a family. They're the ones to go to for advice, help, and guidance in certain matters that you just can't go to your mom for, especially if you're a guy. 

Like I said, it's a hard thing to explain and I'm pretty sure there's more to it but I'm not eloquent enough to put it into words.
