Though I don't see how you can really remove the character as he's become ingrained in the story of several other characters (And a major building block for [@Spud]). Perhaps Spud could NPC Loki for now, to let Drew and Spud post?

I would be fine with Spud (or Drew, whosoever wishes to do it) NPCing Loki for now so that they can move along with their stories.
