What in the world? Was she out of her mind?! Marlene was just yelling nonsense and now threw a punch straight past his head and towards Ariel. The attack hardly phased him at all through. Quickly he unsheathed his katana, Kaso, and swung it against her fist to parry the attack. The force of her attack was great, but he wasn't a weakling that couldn't take brute force on. Those months of training with Karn, Enma, and the yokai village were beginning to pay off. [color=00746b]"Enough! I don't want to hurt you Marlene!"[/color] His plead when unheard by the livid woman. She really had a vehement hate for Ariel and he had to stop her before she could cause some real damage. If she was a savage tiger then Nolan was simply going to need to put her down, at least to the point she didn't have the will to fight anymore. If he went all out he would kill her, that was certain. 

He sheathed Kaso with haste and held out his hand, a faint blue light shone by his hand and from it appeared one of the blades contracted to his soul, Hermes, the god slaying sword. The blade enhanced his already impressive speed even further. He dashed towards Marlene and appeared in front of her, cutting her off from Ariel. [color=00746b]"Bind!"[/color] Glowing white cuffs and shackles made of souls appeared around her wrist and ankles though he didn't anticipate them working for long. He turned towards Ariel and yelled, [color=00746b]"Run! I can't defend and fight at the same time!"[/color] He could've used his second origin to bind her or defeat her in a single blast, but he couldn't afford to expend much power because of the damn games.
