An Alienage or Dragon Age?

Either way, an Alienage in Dragon Age is a place that is built in cities where the Elves are. Comparable to slums, an Alienage allows Elves to maintain their culture and community in an environment in human cities, but isolated from humans. Sort of like an embassy, but where large communities of Elves live normally for life
