Alright so I made a little graph and right now the chain of command is:
Evelyn=Knight-Captain
Jeremiah and Ruinil=Knight-Corporal
Cythlla, Acaelus, Donovan, and Kaathe= Templars

When Shaggy finishes his character he'd be a Templar so to balance it out yours could be one as well. Asbfor race we are lacking with wood elves and dwarves so there is that. Ex-mercenary dwarf, former elite elven skirmisher?
