The trouble with the massive sheets for characters that don't already have A-List status is that there is a lot less to draw from. It's hard because its not really fair from a creative standpoint that characters like GA don't have nearly the rogues gallery of the Batman without using a Justice League villain, a thousand nameless NPCs, or stealing from another players options. Also, I have an idea for a game much like UDC, distinguished mainly by policy towards OCs.
There is a constituency on this website for comic book games. The comic book games that are set up tend to draw from that same constituency over and over again. Better not to oversaturate the market with too many games of the same type that are going to spread our existing constituency even thinner than it's currently spread. I'm not sure about everybody else, but I'd sooner have fewer but stronger comic book games than too many that are struggling or moving at a snail's pace. I think constantly making new comic book games where people are compelled to retell origin stories that have been told hundreds of time and re-establish relationships that already exist is a surefire way to unwittingly degrade the morale of that constituency. I've seen it happen on other sites. (See: Superhero Hype)
