I'm fine with the fruit. I just wanted the limitations clearer. And the reason why I wanted the mass/energy restriction was so you couldn't take a bunch of tin and turn it into gold so it crushed someone. Or turn a slab of sandstone into magma or something. The changing of objects into different elements I don't mind at all. 

If you really wanted to do smoker's fruit instead of this one I can allow it but this idea has merit. I just needed the specifics of such an open ended power.
