A famous undercover detective Clay has often slipped too far into character but always managed to get results even if on shady circumstances.
Right now he is lead detective on all cases related to the vandalising arsonists known as 'Phoenix rising'. A brutal gang boastful of their thefts and chaos, also suspected of torturing and murdering without cause or reason, and always with fire.
