But he still blamed them all for Marlene going berserk and saying that they didn't care while they were trying to keep her from hurting everyone else and herself. It seems like amid the chaos (and posting schedule for people) that everyone was still rather frazzled. 

Also from my own experience as a patient in mental hospital and someone medicated on a daily basis to keep myself from having daily panic attacks, those kind of outbursts like Marlene had really seemed like far from the point where talking is a solution. <.<
