Definitely not too late! 

If you want to wait to choose which element you want, that's totally fine. Just keep in mind that if a character sheet gets submitted for each role, you can still submit one for the role of your choice since I won't be deciding on who gets in and who doesn't until the deadline (which is tbd at the moment)
