"Yes I agree husband. However, we have the power to control the beasts. What would truly be the harm in having more, surely Adira would agree with me." The queen said her tone was soft but it was annoyed as she looked down the large table at her daughter to agree with her. The royal family sat in the extremely large dining room inside their castle around a table that could easily sit twenty. On one end sat the king, at the other sat the queen, and their three remaining children, Princess Adira and her two brothers sitting somewhere in the middle. "I said, surely you would agree with me Adira." The queen repeated herself, giving a look to Adira. Adira blinked a little looking at her mother whom she honestly hard been paying no attention to at all. Her attention was on her two foolish brothers, who were arguing over another princess of another castle that would be stupid to pick either one of them. Though from the annoyed look on her fathers face it was easy to tell that the conversion hadn't changed from the werewolves that walked across the room, sitting food on the table and pouring fresh blood into the glasses. Over the last couple of weeks her mother and father had been in an argument about breeding the wolf slaves to make more for their people. "I have to disagree with you both." Adira said shaking her head. She opened her mouth to continue but her mother quickly raised her hand to silence her daughter. "You truly are of no use, nevermind daughter." The queen scolded angry that her daughter did not agree with her. However, her father slightly frowned at his wife before looking to his daughter interested in what her disagreement was with his argument that the wolves should not be allowed at all. "As you were saying daughter." Adira smiled slightly at her father and continued. "If it is forced they will found someway to rebel. However, if you were to giving them just enough free will to..." She started to explain only to be cut off by both her mother and father laughing at her suggestion before she was even finished. Her reasons had been logical in her mind. The laughing stopped as the loud howling from the dungeons echoed throughout the castle, and Adira was again slightly intrigued watching as the slaves stopped to listen, looking almost miserable that they couldn't help their king. "That pet of yours is to loud husband, we really should find a way to keep him quieter." The queen said frowning as the howling stopped. Adira excused herself from the table and headed for room however, she found herself stopping as she started to pass by the dungeon, her curiosity getting the better of her. This wasn't the first time she had been down in this dungeon, but it was the first time since they brought her father's trophy here after the war and he was asleep. Adira opened the large door to the dungeon, the guard simply looking up at her as she entered. Her black heels that matched her dress echoed in the now quiet dungeon as she came to a stop in front of the cell looking at the man inside. The smell of blood filling the dungeon as he bleed. "I don't think I asked for you to follow me. You can go back your post." Adira said to the guard who had followed her down, she wasn't afraid of the wolf in his cage, if anything she was relaxed knowing him couldn't get to her from inside his cell.
