We need more evil people. Ones just completely insane and the other is trapped at the moment. Here's another one to the list:

personality: Evil. Completely chaotic. Shares her late fathers wish to return the world to its original stale state of the chaos seas and also since she likes her other parent the void.

powers: She can control everything to do with chance and chaos. She is a vast font of chaos magic and not many things are beyond her reach to do. She has advanced regeneration although she still hurts after, this is due to her father Apophis, she does not need any nourishment and can not very easily be completely destroyed. In the land of the dead she is completely unable to be destroyed but out of it she can be killed and then trapped in a prison in the land of the dead.
Also she can influence others minds by rising the levels of fear inside of them. From her father Apophis she can shoot shadows from anywhere on her body. She has a reasonable array of death powers from both parents living in the land of the dead. She can make himself larger or smaller to some extent. She can also project the evil eye of Apep to defend herself. Spells from the Book of Apophis can harm him and repel her.
From his other parent Chaos he gains the power of the void, able to send blasts of nothingness to destroy most anything it touches. She can also create small things from the void.
