Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and over, but expecting things to change. That's what we've been doing, Singularity... We've been doing the same thing over and over, but nothing's changed... I thought I'd change something, that maybe my citizens would learn to love me as they saw that I would give them an everlasting empire...
