Being a huge fan of the Great War and the lead-up to WW2/WW2 itself I have to cast a vote for the Imperial Period.

Though, to be fair, I'm also quite fine with just continuing from where we are.

EDIT: Honestly if we go into the Imperial age I'd almost like to just see a historical RP where we play the nations of the world starting at 1905.
