No, you just have to choose a new character.  It can be anyone as long as they are about on Oren's level and aren't from a universe that currently has an active character representing it (so, if this is 1v1, no one from Kill Bill, and if I lose, no one from whatever anime that is.)

If one character wins three in a row, we restart FDB.
