Some advice. Keep a post between 1200-1500 words maximum. Anything longer becomes a chore to read and hard for your opponent to keep track of everything you are actually doing among all the filler.
Alright making a list to remember for the future.

Keep posts between 100-1500 words max, meaning low wording and intentional detail for clarification.

Also note that your first post should include all pertinent information to your character, including equipment and whatnot. Namely equipment, weapons, armor, and other important aspects.

Yes. Your intro is your stance post, you should always denote your weapons and armor so there is no confusion later. Even a cursory mention.

I think I remember T1 originally only allowing you to use what you brought with you at the first post of the fight. Most likely when sheets are not being used.

Even when sheets are being used, you should always make note of it. I don't mind letting it slide this time, but that's because this ain't ranked and whatnot.
If you rather, I can rewrite the intro post completely as it doesn't meet expected standards. Namely as you won't be able to reply for at least this week. The reason it took so long is that this match feels like a section taken out of a story for me, and so I don't know what I'm suppose to include or exclude. In addition I'm trying to transfer my mindset from story to tactical thinking, but also keep a balance. Not easy because, to be honest, if I focus too much on tactics then it becomes rather boring for me. I usually end up just wanting the match to end more than actually putting on a good fight. However I understand too much story creates unneeded 'fluff' with no regards to the actual fight and can bore my opponent to death. Right now, I'm seeking a decent balance between the two. As for the CS, it has not been rewritten save for a few spelling errors corrections. Any edits I would do would be off screen and likely told that I clarified the abilities before editing it. PMing or pasting up a copy for the Judge/Opponent of both the original and the new copy, highlighting the changes made in a color that was easy to see. I also gave you a few days, in a pm, warning that I was aiming to alter the OP to make it easier to reference I believe. If you compare it to the original, only thing was altered was the fact the icicles need preps so I can't pull off the magical trick of 'oh look, incoming icicle to block your attack' routine you mentioned was a bit irking factor. I figure that would be easier then relying on pure guess work with that.
But this is some good advice stuff. :P Posts shouldn't be that long(I don't mind it, I like reading), just what you need to know. Pepper some story in it, but stretch it out over the course of the fight instead of blowing the load first. Always include what you'll be using in the fight, be it powers, weapons, armor, anything. If this was ranked, someone might not let you use - basically - anything that you didn't mention(competition and all).
*points above* I also included the Mass rounds and their types in the OP since I wasn't sure how to naturally fit it int. Logically people don't always restate what they already know, and I actually like to make the scene flow from one thing to another smoothly. And including all that, Rilla... wouldn't that still make my post just as long as I currently have it? Namely if what you state is true, then if I don't mention exactly how or in what Jacer's abilities work, then it's not likely my opponent will allow me to use it at all.
My post will probably be closer to next week. I work for the rest of this week, including tonight(then get up early tomorrow for work). I don't know when my next day off will be.
No hurries and you did mention you were going to be busy, so I kinda wished I had held off on this until Thursday or Saturday now but..meh.
