I'm debating whether to have a colony or two (or more accurately, subjugated "protectorates" or "satellite states" supplying oil. Heavy colonidalism wouldn't make sense with my nation's history and goals.

I intend to be more a regional presence than a global one, though. Does anyone have a nation that would export a lot of oil, coal, etc. to a fascist state? :lol

Preferably a nation a fair ways away from mine, because border tensions and expansionist goals mean that my nation doesn't like its neighbors all too much.
