I didn't mean to say that you should be responsible for serving up everyone individualized situations or pitches, and if that's how it came across, I apologize. I actually think the regimented schedule is a sign that you had a good idea to set up situations for everyone to use that, ultimately, didn't quite work. 

And a restructuring along those lines sounds, to me, like a good plan. But if more people like things as they are than not, then by all means we should continue with the system.

This is all just what I think; I wanted to bring it up so other people can chime in.
