So I've been doing some more research on Quetzal and I'm beginning to realize he's a much bigger part of the culture if several different Meso-American mythologies than I thought. According to the legends, he's the reason why the Aztec civilization grew to be as big as it was, by teaching them knowledge from god's themselves, and he was even against being named a god himself. It's very interesting, and since he's a priest as well, his interactions with Freya could get very interesting. I need to read up on more mythologies again, they're freaking awesome.
