I just rewatched the opening and found that. Does that make the blonde one Qrow? Cause Qrow's supposed to wield a similar weapon to Ruby and the black haired guy was carrying a [url=http://xenoblade.wikia.com/wiki/Monado]Monado[/url] type sword.

We don't actually know that that was a team picture. While it's is obvious that Summer Rose and Raven Branwell are in the photo we have no evidence to suggest that the other two are Qrow and Tai-Yang.
