We don't actually know that that was a team picture. While it's is obvious that Summer Rose and Raven Branwell are in the photo we have no evidence to suggest that the other two are Qrow and Tai-Yang.

Qrow is indeed the black haired man. I don't know why he's wielding the bigass sword ya, but thats qrow.

Also Qrow's render was shown a while back. Pretty much the same appearance, so that's the evidence.
