Nothing wrong with importing oil and/or fossil fuels from several countries, especially when it is in massive demand.

Well in this case, I don't know very much about which side the Commonwealth of Moravia would favor. You mentioned that you would copy designs for Moravian weaponry and such, not that you would trade oil/be an ally/offer much in return. You could probably create your own modified versions of slightly outdated Moravian stuff without their cooperation.

How long has this fighting between your nations been going on? If the split happened recently IC, we could RP it out and have both sides negotiate with the Moravia and let the one that offers better terms get Moravia's support.
