Alright there's some factors to consider if you two want that might help make the transition post easier and still give you both what you want:

1) No matter how fast Icon is, it will take time for him to don his suit. I know he's amazing [@nitemare shape], but even superman or other heroes took at least a second to put on their spandex or pull off their clothes. If you draw it out a bit, then you can allow [@NeutralNexus] some talk time with the individuals. 
2) It doesn't state exactly [i]when[/i] Icon hears the commotion and arrives, which is a plus in this case of not having time stamps. He could've came in much later in the scene, allowing one of the heroes to be thrashed a bit while Thunderbolt is taunting a second time to get the entity's attention.  
3) Your post, Nexus, could detail the destruction happening in the building. Exactly what Umbraxis is doing, which I'm not fully sure as I just recall his last post being at the front desk then him walking into the building. *been trying to keep up a bit...* Then work up to Icon's arrival.
