EDIT: In fact I am pretty sure in Cody's response he mentions it's an attack he can easily counter. He can stop physical and magical attacks, he breaks down the momentum in physical attacks and breaks down the magic in magic attacks. I just added a shield because it would look awesome, the shield is actually just a manisfestion of magic and doesn't do much XD

ALso double-checked his magic. Never said he can only stop magical attacks. He breaks down attacks from afar, I just added a shield because why not XD Also left a glaringly huge weakness in his last movement.

This is the bit that gave me the impression that he could only negate magic.  For clarity's sake you might consider updating the explanation to remove this quote and also make it clear that he could stop physical attacks.
