I liked the Phantom Menace because, being nine years old at the time it came out, I was exactly in the group it was marketed to. So to me, the Phantom Menace is symbolic of that period of my life when I was fighting the neighbor kids in fake light saber duels and saving my five dollar a week allowance to buy action figures. I'm not committed to Star Wars enough for my feelings about it the movie change either. It's a part of my childhood. The Clones Wars, however, is a different story. I was out of the Star Wars part of my childhood, living in a different neighborhood with a completely different set of friends and interests. Because the movie was weak and I wasn't looking at it through rose-colored glasses, it still comes off as by far the most boring to me. I'm not sure I will ever sit through it again. I have no reason to. The Revenge of the Sith has more going on in it out of the three prequels, but there is still something off about it. Like, there are enough cool fights and quick-moving action scenes to keep my interest, but the entire affair feels... I dunno, almost B movie-ish. It lacks polish I think. I dunno, I'm not really an expert.
