NOOOOO!!!!!!  I was working on a post last night, my laptop froze up five minutes ago requiring a restart, and it's all gone! :( Serves me right for not remembering to save it to a document I suppose. 

Help might arrive if my lack of technological skills and glitchy laptop can keep from further complicating my ability to finish a post . . .
