Are you seeking a Female partner for this? If so, I may be interested. I can do an OC elf. I think the only female canons available are Tauriel and Galadriel, which then limits things a lot. I don't mind Skype as a platform but depending on time zones, it may pose a problem as I'm UK based - 0 GMT time so it may be difficult to be online at the same time?
