[@Prince of Seraphs]There was talk of you deciding who goes in what cell and what are the factions and who is in which. I recommend you take the time until we start the game to make this whole topic much more clear and straightforward. There were several propositions, me included, to create factions in prison. I recommend factions similar to what real prison is like - with race/ethnicity/culture/language/religion as the deciding factor but you can turn it on its head and make it so that certain factions only accept metas with certain types of superpowers.
