Basically, as long as it is a solid, he can manipulate it with ease. Weight plays a huge factor in this. The highest weight he can manipulate without injuring himself is 300 tons, as of right now. With how strong some of our characters are, it makes this a struggle for him. He can also ajust the speed of an object. Say that he throws a rock. Once that rock starts to move with kinetic energy, he can shift its speed. He can slow it down or speed it up. That has its limits as well, particularly weight.

You're still only phenotypically describing them. You're saying what it looks like, not what it is. You say he "manipulates"; what does that mean? And how does he shift the speed? By manipulating the kinetic energy? Please answer all of those questions. Don't add any information unless it's relevant at the moment.
