Hmmm, interesting.... the only thing that I would be worried about is the runes being too strong. 
I would have it so that only the Gemminites know how to make them. Figured they need a helping hand.

you can do nearly anything within your elements ability. Though mind you the more complex the action the more energy it drains from your character. (Which can lead to death)


Also your character is accepted, though the whole part about snapping a Drakkens neck made me laugh. Seeing that the have horns and in their primitive days use to butt heads (they still do this when proving strength, like wrestling). So snapping a Drakkens neck is hard even for Drakkens to do.
