He listened even as his thoughts considered the possibilities and consequences of the last few hours. 'We just had to get involved. Could have sat at the Grand Magic Games and enjoyed the show, met some new people, but instead we followed a suspicious pair and got wrapped up in, in this,' he exhaled and then took in a deep breath, releasing it slowly. He wasn't sure where to go from here. Should he offer to help Mithera further? Perhaps go with her on her quest, especially since she really didn't seem like a terribly capable girl, if he was being blunt about it. How had she survived this long as a mage without being capable, he wondered. He turned his body halfway from the window so he could glance at Jamie and Mithera, a slight frown still evident on his features. Perhaps, despite having arrived specifically to attend the games and find a Guild of his own, perhaps he should leave once more. It probably wasn't safe to stay in town after he'd been involved in this business. He'd done it before, stumbled into trouble totally on accident, then slipped away. It wasn't the best way to leave, and surely not the most moral thing to do, but he figured he'd cause more good in the world by being in it, rather than by being chained up in some dungeon for a simple mistake or failing of luck. He made no comment as he listened to the two talk, though he did momentarily look at Ferrin, before turning his attention away from the man. He had to admit he had done well bringing the Guild Master to get Mithera, but it seemed that was not to be the end of their problems. If they went with Mithera should he as well? Or perhaps going with Jamie and meeting the rest of his Guild would be more wise? It was hard to say. He wasn't sure yet, so he watched the situation unfold. He was used to being adrift anyways, no reason not to wait a bit longer to make a decision. Better to make one when he felt sure, than when he didn't. At least, that's what he figured.
