[/quote]I was complaining about the size of core worlds. Because all of us were the size of USA or Russia in the original game. Even for the smallest states you could fit all of Europe in it.
Having "half the world" as colonies is considerably different than owning half the world as a developed and highly industrialized country.
Tell me how many tanks did India produce in comparison to the USSR?
Relatively small nations owning most of the world was pretty much what colonialism was all about.
