Personality: Fun and sometimes a little immature, through that comes from growing up the way he did. Surprisingly very ordered and clean, stemming from having to take care of five other kids. Peter is friendly and very outgoing, very athletic as well. He is often wary of strangers but can quickly warm up to them.

Background: The son of two famous British scientists, he lived in England until he was six. His Mother and Father were both killed in an accident. Sent to live with his aunt in California he had only his watch his parents had built and told him to keep safe. He spent only six months with his aunt before running away. He escaped and nearly two years later he had formed a gang of kids. They used an old Fire station in North California as their home. 

The Neverland fire station spent a lot of time being rebuilt. Eventually it sparkled like new, the children with him were younger and he cared for them all. He made sure they all went to school and had clothes and meals. All while attending school himself, at night he messed around with the strange watch his parents had given him. When he turned thirteen the watch seemed to activate itself, a women appeared. More like a girl actually, she had little wings and was hologram the watch displayed.

Her name was Tinkerbell and she was a present for Peter, a sister of sorts. Not only Tink but also access to his parents bank account with that he set the Neverland Fire station up. The kids under his care would all be seen through school and well cared for. Next he sent himself off to Disney Academy, using a scholarship from his schools fencing team. He often got into fights, mostly with the jocks of the school, Peter Pannel was always the first to go fight for someone else and often the last one standing. His street fighting style was very much reliant on watch the other's moves and moving to counter them. It also took advantage of the fact he was smaller and lighter using the advantage of a small frame to build momentum for attacks.
