"The name's Beryl Harken." She replied as she reached over her head, turning the tail stand into a handstand. "I'm the replacement team member for VGNB. Just got in today, hence the jetlag."

A quick push from her tail sent her back onto her feet. One last full body stretch accompanied by something that was halfway between a hum and a groan and she had all the kinks worked out at last. The entire process also had the added bonus of getting her blood flowing so the cobwebs were more or less gone as well.
