Exactly. It's called "Free Healthcare" and "Free Education", though, it's not a silly mistake of mine. Or roughly translated from Danish to English, the correct term for it would be "Governmental funding" - which mean "You pay us half your money because you MAY need to use some of our services".
The most infamous of our "free" services is actually our TV channel called DR (Danske Radio (Danish Radio)). We need to pay for the opportunity to use it; so if you own a TV, radio, computer, smartphone, tablet, or anything of the like, you have to pay, even if you don't actually have the channel/use their apps/listen to their radio programs/give a shit. It's called Licens it's only about 300$ a year, but still.
