I'm not usually one to try and be OP on purpose. I just added the tornado thing because Vaati uses them and he is related to him.. Since it'll make you guys feel better, before putting Vieru in the character section, I'll add the word small in front of tornados and cyclones. So then he'll just be able to make like, person sized ones, not full scale.
