Ah, that would make sense. Zelda re-asserts control, Hyrule returns to something akin to normal, Sheikah keep maintaining the status quo. World keeps on spinning. Somewhere, off near Kokiri lands, a single clan/training facility (waiting on Link's return) eventually births a strange little bugger who whispers to semi-nocturnal bugs.
