Bio: Oliver was raised by his uncle, a crime boss, who was one of the most dangerous men in South America. Throughout his youth, he was prepped into becoming his uncle's top man and successor. Trained to be vicious, to be violent, to be heartless. Oliver quickly rose in the ranks handling specific jobs that his uncle handed him to further test his nephew until there was a specific assassination job he wanted Oliver to do.
