"Haha! Blasted the goddamn freaks right outta this town! Nice job boys." Should Sullivan as he threw the last dead body into the pile. The rest of team was resting atop the tank on the pitcher's mound. All were breathing heavily and covered in various types of blood, their own and that of the horrific monsters they had slain. Casey was right by the coaches side when he threw the last body onto the pile, being the newest on the teams meant he was relegated to such tasks. The rest of the team were enjoying music from a boom box and cold beer from a ice chest.

Slowly the music was being overtaken by static. "Fuckin P.O.S." Muttered Derek as he smacked around the device; trying to make the signal clear again. Suddenly there was a red flash about a mile away in every direction and an ear-shattering boom that caused everyone to clasp their hands down over their ears and collapse to the ground. After everyone's ears stopped ringing the entire team slowly stood up and glanced around. "What the fuck..." Was all that Derek could whisper. All around them the quaint countryside had been changed into water. Everyone was deathly quiet as they stared out into the now expansive abyss. The tranquil and horrifyingly, confusing moment was broken by the sound of a chain saw "IS THIS MORE OF THAT VODOO WITCHCRAFT SHIT!? I SWEAR TO GOD, FIRST THEY DESTROY MY BUS AND NOW THEY'VE SENT US FUCK KNOWS WHERE!" Steve, the mechanic that kept the team's bus in check, was wild eyed with fear and anger. A few of the players rushed over and quickly tried to calm him before he went running off to find trouble. Sullivan was the first to snap out of it and come back to reality. "Stay calm boys, we'll figure this shit out. First we're gonna see how far out our land extends to. Now I need 4 small groups to go North, South, East, and West." Quickly four groups of four appeared in front of Sullivan and he sent each of them off. "Damian! Grab that sniper rifle and set up on the second story of that store, try and see if you can spot what's around us." Damian gave a silent nod and ran off. "The rest of you gather up everything possible and bring it here." The rest of the team gave a "Yes sir!" and ran off.
