I have to agree with Mihn, we're all just sitting here doing very little at this point and if it goes on much longer I'm beginning to think people will lose interest, it's not an uncommon thing.

Maybe let people with WIP sheets who you trust, or have a reasonable amount of work done, post in the IC along with the accepted?  This way [@Cyclone] and other important folks with unfinished sheets could get in and we could start this before anyone tires of waiting.
