I'd prefer that you bulk up your character history and personality a bit. Something along the lines of Ghost's and Lax's if you don't mind.

Also a lot of people seem to be being recuited by the big cheese I'd recommend changing it to Natsuo, Nako, or Quickshot but that's up to you.
