Yes you can catch legendary but I will not accepted the fact you can catch them in one ball so you will need to use a good amount of pokeballs to catch them.

On another note, the startling post is delayed due to dog sitting and friends so I am going to try and start the RP this afternoon once my sister takes over dog sitting.
