Technology got to a point that was a lot more advanced than ballistic weapons and stealth suits. However, the New Order has no idea how to build most of it anymore, so all they have are the few examples that survived the six minutes war. Their current level of tech is approximately similar to what we have right now, although its increasing all the time as they learn to mass produce stuff.
