(larger size here!) Name: Zornitsa "Laser" Lazarov Age: Birthday indicated to be July 7th, 2088 so 22 years old. Nationality: Bulgarian-American Ethnicity: Caucasian, south-Slavic Sex: Female Height: 173cm / 5'8" Weight: 60 kg / 120 lb. Eye Color: Green Hair Color: Black Physical Disabilities: Missing right forearm and left foot and calf, both replaced by mechanical limbs with 95% functionality (full range of motion, strength roughly equivalent to that of organic counterparts, but lacking sensation). A section of her right thigh that had a deep incision and numerous bones fractured has healed and the bones inside were replaced with metal equivalents. Muscles in the area still require a bit of time to fully heal. Thus, impaired movement and use of right arm. Physical Identifiers

Mechanical prosthetic lower left leg and right forearm.
Ugly scar across right thigh, perpendicular to right hand, surrounded by burn scarring.
Reattached right ear, scar near it.
Burn scarring around area where the skin on the left leg and right arm meet the prosthetic, along with on the right ear.
Appearance: Lazarov is a decently pretty girl and she once had a rather good body with an admirable posterior, but due to losing much weight from her coma, she is quite skinny, though not anorexic. She has black, straight hair without any curls, cut rather roughly. Her skin is soft looking, though scars from her accident are apparent on her legs, arm and to a small extent the right side of her face. Her muscle mass was kept thanks to mechanical massages, enough to keep her from looking totally dead, but there's still a lot of body to fill out once again.
Excerpt from medical report, thus information known to patient. Patient was born the 7th of July, 2088, in Sofia, Bulgaria, while her parents were on vacation. Both parents are of Bulgarian origins, have lived in the United States for thirty years, same as their parents before them. Moved to the United States and lived in California, near San Francisco. No major medical issues throughout childhood and adolescence, perfect vision. After mixed results in high school, joined the US Army in 2107, becoming a gunner in an AH-64M Super Apache, receiving the nickname "Laser". Participated in anti-riot operations from the 11th of July 2109 to the 18th when the helicopter was hit with numerous projectiles thrown by rioters, including rocks, bottles, and improvised firebombs, causing the helicopter to crash nearby. Pilot was killed and patient was gravely injured, with lower left leg and right ear being severed, right thigh being deeply cut and right forearm being crushed and receiving third degree burns. Non-fatal brain damage. Patient is moved to hospital in Seattle, Washington and put into medically-induced coma to allow repair of brain damage and installation of mechanical prosthetics on left leg and right arm, along with bone replacement on right thigh. Patient is currently comatose as of January 1st, 2110. Assumed retrograde amnesia. More detailed biography, unknown to patient. Zornitsa Lazarov was born to two Bulgarian-American parents in 2088 in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, while the pair were on vacation visiting family. Her father was a pilot for a regional airline on the American west coast and her mother was an ophthalmologist. Being an only child, she was pampered by her parents, living an easy life in San Francisco, going to a private high school in her adolescent years well-known for its "escalator" education that allowed direct entry into a university, without need for application. She was very sociable and found herself often skipping school to enjoy the casual life of a spoiled brat with friends and thus had to redo a year, missing out on the direct entry into university. Left in the dust by her friends who went on to enjoy rich education, Zornitsa went on a trip through south-eastern Europe in order to gather her thoughts and decide on her future. Inspired by seeing a squadron of helicopters fly off to fight yet another conflict in the Middle East and Africa, she returned to the United States and enlisted for the US Army. She managed to scratch through the initial exams thanks to some help from her father and, after harsh training, was assigned as the gunner to one of the Army's aging AH-64M Super Apaches, last produced dozens of years ago. Due to the age of the vehicle, she was kept from being deployed to more active conflicts and instead was given less glamorous objectives of transferring between bases within the United States and performing training exercises, including, shockingly enough for the airman, anti-riot operations. Most of her service was spent wandering around the nearest town to the base she was stationed at and her leave time was mostly occupied by either attempting to reestablish contact with old friends, seeing family, or, when she had enough time, visiting relatives in Bulgaria. Her first true operation came in July 2109, two years after enlisting, immediately upon return from leave and birthday celebrations in Seattle. Rioting had broken following declaration of martial law and subsequent execution of an "extremely dangerous individual" in Tucson, Arizona. Moved to a local airport where a military presence had been established, she was shocked to find such a large force there; tanks, IFV's and even new generation attack helicopters were stationed and ready for action, for the next twenty days, Zornitsa watched in horror as the situation escalated from within the fortified terminal of the airport, until finally, authorization was given for close air support against rioters fighting infantry in the town. The thirty-millimeter chain gun on the helicopter fully loaded, "Laser" and her pilot took off to find a scene even more grotesque than she had imagined. Even from above, the carnage was apparent, with buildings and cars burning and the streets practically soaked with blood. And, even with her hand shaking, she had to gun down civilians, some who looked innocent from above, others who looked like literal monsters, covered in dirt and soot. For the next week, every day she emptied all 1200 rounds of the chain gun into these people, those "things" as she preferred to think of them, to spare herself the hesitation of pulling the trigger. With each day, the "opposing force"'s numbers became smaller and smaller, and yet she still found the ammunition empty at the end. On July 18th, the day her role in the air support was due to end, her helicopter was struck by a coordinated attack from the rioters, using anything they could use; stones, bricks, molotov cocktails, even being fired upon with various firearms. A projectile managed to break through the cockpit glass by some terrible misfortune and an incendiary weapon soon followed, setting the pilot ablaze before he could ascend to safety. The Super Apache crashed into a nearby building that was by some miracle still standing, ending the life of the pilot for good and critically injuring Zornitsa. Miraculously, she was found and saved from death, before being moved to Seattle for a more in-depth operation. At this point, she was in a medically-induced coma to allow for healing of brain damage incurred during the accident. After the operation to install mechanical prosthetics on her lost arm and leg, she was moved to her home to make room in the hospital for a sudden influx of patients and put under AI surveillance, along with an observing doctor. She would not awaken until February 10th, 2110, a few weeks after automatically being awoken from the coma by a cocktail of drugs, just before the battery of the system keeping her alive and within a coma died and the nutrient injection system began to run dry...
Charisma - Zornitsa was/is a rather sociable person and can easily convince others of her point of view and even lead a small group reasonably well.
Mental capability - While having a mixed record in school and not exactly excelling through military training, Zornitsa has good sense and thinks well. Being bilingual definitely opens up capacity to learn new languages as well.
Talents:

Easily Entertained - When the situation calls for it, Zornitsa has no problems finding ways to keep herself busy, whether that be sketching the scenery of the room she's in, counting bricks on the wall or building a plane out of bits of junk. Useful for situations where she needs to remain holed up for hours on end.
Almost Always Hits - While certainly not a marksman, Zornitsa knows her way around a service pistol and, most of the time, can hit her target. She also knows how to operate other types of weapons, if the situation calls for it. Only problem is that she's a right-handed shooter...
Other Disabilities:

A "Bit" Weak - After a few months unconscious, Zornitsa isn't exactly in any condition to run a marathon. Or run much at all.
Hungry? - A diet of nutrient injection leaves Zornitsa quite lacking when it comes to any real food. Any food she finds can be expected to be eaten quite quickly.
A Phantom Pain - Not unusually, with prosthetics that don't have much in regards to tactile feeling (read; none), Zornitsa may have problems doing any manipulations with her right hand due to the awkwardness of not feeling a thing, as well, walking will be a bit of an oddity at first. And that's without even talking about shooting things.
